Ann MacQuiod, GRI, CRS

"I came to Park City on vacation many years ago and never looked back. I remember flying in over the mountains and being awestruck by the beauty, we skied and walked around town and I looked at my husband and said, ‘this is where we need to be'."
-Ann MacQuiod, GRI, CRS

Originally from Texas, Ann moved to Park City from Laguna Beach in 1979, with her husband, Mac, and daughter, Katy. Her enthusiasm for Park City has extended to nearly every charity and non-profit organization in town, serving on the Park City City Council, volunteering at the 2002 Winter Olympics, even running for mayor at one time. She was instrumental in the formation of the Park City Performing Arts Foundation, including raising $10 million to build the Eccles Center for the Performing Arts.

Ann and Mac were the developers of the Goldener Hirsch Inn in Upper Deer Valley® in 1989. A labor of love, they later sold the 20-room inn. That's when she began her real estate career. Rising as the most highly regarded salesperson in Deer Valley® and Park City, she is the recipient of virtually every industry award, from Rookie of the year in 1991 to Prudential's list of Top 10 Agents today.
