Born in Idaho and raised in Northern California, Dena Fleming moved to Park City in 1987 after attending San Jose State University. With an extensive background in the hospitality industry, her skills were honed in the hotel business. She was recruited to Park City to work as food & beverage manager at the Resort Center. After her stint there, she followed up with a successful career selling corporate insurance to Fortune 500 companies.
As Park City continued to grow, so did Dena’s fascination with building. Her career slowly evolved into building and selling real estate, She has invested in both single- and multi-family properties in and around Park City, maximizing sales potential while controlling costs. Dena’s strengths include assisting clients with floor plans, view orientation and finish selection. Her insights as a builder provide clients with an expertise and understanding rarely found among her peers.
While Dena enjoys skiing, her real enthusiasm is derived from biking, hiking and running with her three dogs, Tonto, Stout and Baily. She is on the board of directors of Park City Friends of Animals and has provided service to such community organizations as KPCW, Eccles Center for the Performing Arts, Utah Open Lands and she volunteered during the 2002 Olympic Winter Games.
