Robyn Farrant, Sales Associate, Realtor®

robynBorn, raised and educated in New Zealand, Robyn Farrant began her ‘traveling' career in 1982.  After extensive exploration of SE Asia and Europe, she spent 2 years living in London.  She continued her fascination with new experiences by ‘hopping over the pond' in 1982.  Fifteen fruitful years were spent in Los Angeles and the Monterey Peninsula, in California until 1999; when she came to Park City and very quickly found her niche and was excited to be able to call it home.With a 13 year background in sales management, marketing and negotiation in the automotive industry and ready to up the ante, she turned to real estate in 2003.Having assisted buyer's and sellers reach their investment goals and dreams since then, and recently building her own new home, Robyn understands the many intricacies of a real estate transaction and enjoys bringing the pieces of the puzzle together for her clients.  Having a great love of nature; the Park City environment has drawn Robyn to ski, golf, boat, hike and occasionally she can be seen flying through the canyons in the summer on her Harley Davidson motorcycle!Being actively involved in the real estate community also means serving on committees, volunteering time and supporting charities; all of which Robyn is proud to be able to participate in. 

Madeleine Provo, Sales Associate, Realtor®

pic-madalene_provo.jpgMadeleine grew up in Holland, where she started her career first as a flight attendant and later as a restaurant owner. She moved from Holland to Connecticut in 1984. When her three sons were old enough, she began her career as a realtor in 1995. She came to Utah in 2002 to be with her sons, who love the snow in the winter and fly-fishing in the summer. Her family also includes two bull mastiffs, Sedge and Mesha, and a cat, Missy. She was a member of the National Ski Patrol for 10 years and enjoys the great winters as well as the summers of Park City.

Cassandra Crittenden,  Marketing Coordinator

CassandraCassandra, a Utah native, moved with her family to New South Wales, Australia when she was 3 years old where she was raised on the blue shores of Surfers Paradise for nearly 10 years.  After returning to the United States her family decided to call Summit County, Utah home.  She has always loved the many recreational wonders Summit County has to offer and enjoys working in the Park City real estate market. Cassandra earned her real estate license in 1998 and has been working in the marketing and design field for 8 years.  Cassandra currently resides in Hoytsville with her husband Gary and 5 year old son Ethan.

Beth McMahon,  Sales Associate

BethA true Southerner, Beth is a native of Mobile, Alabama.  Although she's also called home to South Carolina and Tennessee, too!  After college where she majored in International Business and Political Science, she accepted a job offer to work in Park City.  The mountains and many activities that Utah presents to everyone made a lasting impression, and  Beth now calls Park City home after living here over 11 years.  Beth has worked in the real estate community for over 4 years and enjoys meeting and working with clients from all over the world.  She still misses the sunsets on the Gulf of Mexico, but she wouldn't trade the sunrises coming up over the mountains of the Wasatch. 

Brooke Richins, Accountant Specialist

Brooke RichinsA Utah native, Brooke moved to the Summit County area in 1986. Growing up in Summit County never lacked for outdoor opportunities. Brooke has always loved the mountains with their many activities: camping, hiking, fishing, and horseback riding. She took skiing up again in 2000 and has fallen back in love with the sport. The beauty of the Park City area has always captivated her and she enjoys working in the real estate market. Brooke has been a licensed Realtor since 2000 and has worked with Ann MacQuoid for the past 6 years. As her family increased, and Brooke and her husband started their own company her skills in the real estate market switched gears to include book keeping. Brooke loves working with The Team and is very excited for what the future holds!

Abbi Lathrop, Sales Associate, Realtor®

Abbi Lathrop Abbi grew up in North Conway, New Hampshire where she got on skis at the age of two. The outdoors has always been a playground for Abbi and her family. She attended high school at Green Mountain Valley School, a small ski academy in Waitsfield, VT and went on to Colby College in Waterville, ME where she competed in Division I Alpine Ski Racing. Abbi was the Women's Giant Slalom Champion at NCAA's in Steamboat Colorado her senior year. She graduated from Colby College in May 2006 with a BA in History and Business. She then moved to Park City where she continued her racing with Rowmark at Park City Mountain Resort. Today Abbi enjoys skiing with friends, Mountain biking, staying active, the amazing weather, Park City's lifestyle, and the wonderful real estate this small town offers.
