Madeleine Provo, Development, Sales and Marketing Coordinator,  Realtor®

Madeleine grew up in Holland, where as a young girl she enjoyed horseback riding and competitive swimming at a national level. She went on to travel the world and experience many different cultures while working as a flight attendant for 10 years.  She became owner and operator of an exclusive restaurant in Holland’s well-known Zandvoort beach resort for 5 years, and in 1984, moved her family to Connecticut where she raised her three vivacious boys. She taught them to ski when they were only 2 years old. Her love for snow sports encouraged her to volunteer as a member of the National Ski Patrol for 10 years.

She started her real estate career in 1995 in the Farmington Valley, Connecticut.  Upon moving to Utah in 2002, she partnered with Steve and Dena, helping enable them to become the brilliant force they are in our market today. Madeleine also acted as her own general contractor while building her dream home in Park City- providing her valuable experience and great insight to help guide clients in their own building processes. Madeleine not only manages the Team’s project developments and handles individual sale transactions, but in her “spare” time, prepares all marketing materials and advertising for the Team.

Beth McMahon,  Listing and Sales Coordinator, Realtor®

A true Southerner, Beth was born and raised in Alabama.  Her junior high and high school years were spent in Tennessee and South Carolina, where she moved with her family for her father’s medical practice. She called Mobile home after college.  Since then she has come to enjoy and appreciate Mardi Gras, “mud bugs”, and hot summer nights. Beth is also a big fan of college football.  Her granddaddy started bringing her to Alabama football games at the age of six and she has not lost any enthusiasm for it since.

Beth graduated from Spring Hill College in Mobile, Alabama with a dual major in International Business and Political Science.  In 1997 she accepted a job offer to work in Park City in sales. The mountains and many activities that Utah presents have made a lasting impression on Beth.  She has happily made Park City home. Most days she is out hiking on Park City’s many trails or experiencing the many fine dining options our small town offers.  She’s also an amazing cook!

Beth has a long work history in sales and hospitality, a great predecessor to the work she does today.  Having been in the real estate community since 2004, she enjoys meeting and working with clients from all over the world.  Her invaluable appreciation for clients’ diverse backgrounds allows her to understand their needs.  She handles all the aspects and procedures involved with real estate listings and sales transactions, as well as guiding both Buyers and Sellers through the real estate processes.  She has an outstanding awareness of inventory in our marketplace, and is generally the “go-to person” for Ann and Suzanne. She is often referred to as the “office rolodex”.

A Utah native, Brooke moved from Salt Lake City to the Summit County area in 1986. Growing up in Summit County never lacked for outdoor opportunities. Brooke has always loved the mountains with their many activities: camping, hiking, fishing, horseback riding, and skiing.  She married her high school sweetheart, Brandon and has two adorable daughters. They enjoy travel, time with extended family or simply hanging out on their fabulous ranch. Quintessential Utah natives, Brooke and her family love all the summer and winter outdoor activities the mountains have to offer. Look closely and you’ll see Brooke and Brandon and their two little ones, Kierstin (6) and Charlese (3), sailing through the powder tree runs of Deer Valley, or riding their horses in the nearby Uinta Mountains.

In 2003, Brooke and Brandon brought to fruition their dream of starting a business.  Together they own and operate an excavation company; Brooke manages the financials and accounting, while Brandon manages his crew and oversees the site work. Aside from their family business, Brooke is experienced in real estate.  She has worked with Ann for over 6 years, and has been an active Realtor since 2000. Brooke brings tremendous financial skill, organization, and efficiency to the Chin MacQuoid Fleming Harris team where she has merged her Real Estate and financial capability.  She manages the team’s budgeting, projections, and payroll. In essence, she is our financial guru!
