We chose to work with Ann because she is well known in the community as a top realtor and philanthropist, she has also been a friend for a long time. We needed to remodel our house before selling it and purchasing another one so Ann’s personal attention to detail was really valuable.  We don’t live in Park City 100% of the time, so when we couldn’t be there to get the house ready to sell, she was always there. She gets to know her clients well. As a result, when a decision had to be made by us, her recommendations were on point.

It wasn’t just Ann that was at our service, it was her whole team.  We knew that if she was out of town, someone else on her team would help. Her staff was really present the entire time, they handled the process during the remodel, the sale of the house, and our purchase of the new home.  It’s apparent that the team works well together, delivering more of a full-service experience for us.  Ann was wonderful to work with and we are still great friends after all transactions were done. It’s like remaining friends with your contractor, it doesn’t always work out that way!
