I have just finished signing the closing documents for the sale on my home thanks to Justin Fleming.   My home, because of it’s configuration,  is not your “standard” layout yet Justin could see all the possibilities that other agents could not.   He brought many people to see it and in a short period of time, because of his diligence we had back-up offers.  I chose an offer close to my asking price.   Other houses being sold by other agents very close to mine with typical floor plans are still up for sale and some have reduced their asking price, they should have used Justin.  I highly recommend him to everyone.
