We had visited Park City for many years before we decided in 1999 we wanted to own a home here. We chose Dena Fleming as our Realtor because she was so highly recommended by people we trust. In late summer of 2017, we told Dena we were interested in upgrading from our townhouse to a larger single-family home. Unexpectedly, we had to rush to Florida to take care of our property there during Hurricane Irma. We became anxious about how we could sell our townhome and buy the new house when we were so tied up with this emergency. Without missing a step, Dena went to work and once again found us the perfect home. Then, within an hour of listing our townhouse, we received an offer and sold it. Thanks to Dena, it was a clean, easy transaction. She stood by our side from the initial offer all the way through the closing.
