I originally contacted Justin Fleming to ask about one of his listings I saw on Realtor.com, and our professional relationship took off from there. From the beginning, I was impressed with his professionalism and knowledge of the Park City Market. Since I live out-of-state, Justin became my eyes here. Through e-mail, I provided all the features I was looking for, and he looked at property after property until he felt he’d narrowed the possible purchase list enough to warrant a visit from me. I brought my daughter to P.C. for ski vacation, and during my visit Justin showed us a property that exactly fit my needs. Our offer was accepted while I was in town, but Justin took over from there handling all the deadlines, inspections, and service provider questions.  After closing, I began a major remodel, and Justin has been invaluable in this process too. We have become friends during these few months and I am sure our relationship will carry on.
