Extending for approximately 100 miles across northeast Utah and located just 30 minutes from Park City, the Uinta Mountains are a gateway to endless exploration for adventurers of all ages. Punctuated by towering pines, clear mountain lakes and the natural treasure that is the Provo River, the Uinta-Wasatch-Cache National Forest offers 1,700 miles of trails that include year-round hiking opportunities. What’s more, approximately 550 miles of trails (nearly 21 percent) and 1,500 miles of roads in the Uintas are open to e-bike users. If you haven’t had a chance yet to lose yourself for a stretch on Mirror Lake Highway, let Chin/Fleming/Harris team members Jacquelyn and Steven Grayson whet your appetite with a glimpse of their family day trip hiking the Uintas!
