I worked with Jacquelyn and could not be happier.  As a remote buyer, I had scoured the internet for all the information I could find and had come up with several possible neighborhoods.  Jacquelyn took the time to ask about how I envisioned spending my days here and from there suggested focusing on just a couple of those areas.  I took that advice, and now that I’m here, realize just how valuable and spot on it was. I really am in the perfect home, in the perfect location, for what I wanted; something that the various internet sites would have never been able to provide me.  In addition to her invaluable advice about where I should be looking, Jacquelyn’s advice on how to compete in a white hot market proved invaluable as well.  She urged me to consider placing a backup offer, a process with which I was unfamiliar.  She patiently answered all my questions and addressed my concerns, and it was the backup offer that ultimately got me into the perfect place.  Once under contract, Jacquelyn arranged the various inspections for me as I was thousands of miles away.  I should also mention Nancy, the transaction coordinator, who made sure I met all my required dates and that everything was in order for closing.  When the day came, closing was smooth and stress free.  I cannot recommend Jacquelyn highly enough.  I am loving being a Park City resident, and she is a big part of why.
