We have had the great fortune to work with Justin to find our family’s forever dream home.   At the beginning, Justin took the time to get to know us, our family, what we were looking for and what we were not looking for.  Then, Justin took the time to craft an ideal set of options for us to consider.  On this journey of learning, Justin (as well as us) were refining what we really wanted.   Then, Justin showed us the property that met EVERY dimension of what we were looking for.  Best of all, it was not a piece of property that was ‘officially’ for sale, but he thought it could be.   Long story short, we were able to work out a deal.   However, and perhaps most importantly, as we were designing the house and working with various officials for the various needed approvals, Justin was with us step-by-step.  He was not a typical broker how helps you sign the offer letter and see you at closing.  Justin was literally helping us step-by-step.   Now that we own the property, Justin continues to check in and ask what he can do to be helpful.   Over the last year, we have been super blessed to get to know Justin and call him a friend.
