7:00 AM: The Pancake Breakfast will start off the morning in City Park. Everyone is welcome. This hardy breakfast will get you through and entire days worth of activities. The cost is $5 for children and $7 for adults. From here it’s an easy walk or shuttle ride up to Main Street for the Old Fashioned 4th of July Parade.

8:00 AMCole Sport’s 5K Mountain Fun Run. This is an event you’ll want to preregister as it does sell out! All proceeds will benefit the Park City Ski Team. Registration available at http://www.colesport.com/or at Cole Sport’s location on 1615 Park Ave

9:00 AMEver wondered how the entertaining game of rugby is played? Instructions on how rugby is played will be given, then at 1 PM the premiere match will take place; leading up to the “Park City old boys” match at 2:30 PM.

10:00 AM-4:30 PM: The City Park on July 4this a great place for all ages, providing live music, food, a beer garden, games, and kids’ activities. Make you way to City Park’s north fields for 3-Legged races, wheel barrow races, sack races, and other games. As always, Park City’s Rotary will be filling the air with their mouth-watering barbeque all afternoon.

10:45 AM: The 419th Fighter Wing from Hill Air Force Base will support Park City’s Independence Day parade with a four-ship F-35 flyover. This marks the 30th anniversary of the 419th providing flyover entertainment across the state of Utah during the 4th of July.

11:00 AM: The annual Park City 4th of July Parade rolls down Historic Main Street. The parade is a must-see event, so if you want front row seats, arrive early. Please consider riding a bike or Summit Bike Share e-bike, walking or using free public transit to get to this event, as parking will be limited in Old Town.

3:00 PM-dusk: Park City Mountain’s 4th of July celebration kicks off at 3:00 PM at their Park City Base area with family-friendly activities, a BBQ and music. The fun continues at 5:00 PM with live music by Memphis Cool on the Green Stage. The Soulistics, a well-known local band, take the stage at 7:00 PM before the city fireworks show wraps up the celebrations (weather permitting) at dusk.

OAKLEY RODEO, JULY 4-7
The 83rd PRCA Oakley Rodeo returns again this year July 4-7. Located just outside Park City, in Summit County, the Oakley Rodeo is a favorite among area locals and visitors alike and a fun way to celebrate the Independence Day holiday. The event kicks off at 8:00 PM and tickets are still available for Thursday, Friday, and Saturday (July 5-7). Fireworks cap off the rodeo each night (weather permitting).

We at Chin-MacQuoid-Fleming-Harris will all be out and about this July 4th. We hope to see you in City Park or on Main Street taking in all small-town atmosphere Park City offers up. Please be sure to stop and say hello!
