Canyon Corners is Park City’s newest shopping area located between the Outlet Mall and Walmart. The ultra-cool Whole Foods opened there late last fall, but since then four other new stores have opened and we love them! Welcome, Mod Pizza, Christy Sports, Intellibed, and SlapFish.

Mod Pizza
Mod Pizza features create-you-own, 11-inch pizzas made to order in minutes and perfect every time. Their core philosophy is to take great care of their team, who will take great care of their customers, and the business will take care of itself. It embraces everything Park City is – a great place to live among great friends who love great food! We tried several combinations, but especially loved Steve Chin’s creation: white sauce, asiago, fresh chopped basil, red onion, sliced tomatoes, and mild sausage. To die for!

Intellibed is the Bugatti Veyron of mattresses. Made with Gel Matrix™, the highest-tech material ever invented for a great night’s sleep, Intellibed is a godsend for anyone with back pain. Sleep posture is just as important as sitting up straight, and a faulty mattress can prevent you from sleeping in a healthy position. Intellibed’s Gel Matrix™ mattresses provide firm, comfortable support to correctly align your musculoskeletal system, making the next morning pain-free. They’re worth every penny!

Christy Sports
Christy Sports is the largest specialty ski and snowboard retailer and snow sport service specialist in the Rocky Mountain region. They know that there’s no such thing as the “best equipment,” – there’s only the equipment that’s best for you.  Choosing the right gear requires a great deal of experience and a great selection of product.  At Christy Sports you will find both.  As serious skiers and riders, they take your complete satisfaction personally.  That’s why you won’t find a thing in their store that they haven’t put to the test themselves.

SlapFish is a seafood cafe that not only serves amazing food, it also takes care of our oceans. SlapFish is committed to serving only eco-friendly and well-managed seafood. They work closely with multiple organizations to ensure that they are utilizing the most current data on over-fishing, harmful fishing practices and responsible fish-farming. So, you can fall in love with everything on their menu from fish tacos to a Surf & Turf burger made with lobster without wondering if you’re being environmentally responsible. We loved the Shrimp Roll – lightly breaded shrimp stuffed into a buttery roll and topped with a savory sauce. We also thought the “Daily Fish” was a great bargain. For $13 you can choose from a half dozen fresh catches and have them served on a salad, or in a sandwich, or in a bowl with your choice of sides.

We at Chin-MacQuoid-Fleming-Harris know how brave any entrepreneur has to be to make the bold step of opening a retail location. Our hats are off to these four new stores for joining our growing community. We hope everyone joins us in welcoming you and looking forward to doing business with you.
