Friday Art Strolls
On the last Friday of every month in Park City, you can take part in the Friday Art Strolls. Visitors are encouraged to stroll Main Street, talk to gallery owners, and mingle with fellow art lovers. It’s a fabulous tradition that we look forward to each month!
Local Tip: Make sure you double-check opening hours for the galleries on Stroll Nights; some may close early, so if you have dinner plans, it’s best to reserve for after your stroll!

Kimball Art Center
With a slogan like “Art Matters,” Kimball Art Center is a shining gem in the Park City art community. Their mission is to inspire, educate, and connect individuals through art. They offer exhibitions, art classes, and events throughout the year.
Whether you want to learn wheel throwing, abstract painting, watercolor painting, paper making, flower pressing, or even welding, there’s a class or a workshop at KAC for you. Events like the annual Art Soiree and the iconic Kimball Arts Festival also bring the community together to celebrate art.
In fact, did you know the annual Kimball Arts Festival has been around for 40+ years and is one of the top-ranked art festivals in the country? Main Street turns into an open-air gallery showcasing hundreds of vendors, artisans, and artists from around the world!

William Kranstover
If you visit the offices here at CFH, you will probably see some works from this fantastic local artist hanging on our walls. William Kranstover is a Utah painter whose path has taken him all over the world. His studio in Peoa, Utah, is an absolute wonder to experience, and we often visit with clients who have a shared interest in art.
William is known for always refining and redefining his approach, and has spent years exploring the concept of colour and composition. His love for nature and the beauty of Utah is apparent in his works, as many of them feature richly colored landscapes and local wildlife.

Wendy Chidester
Wendy Chidester is a local Utah artist we absolutely love! Her realistic still-life oil paintings memorialize the past by featuring subjects like vintage cameras, typewriters, bubblegum machines, and more!
With numerous accolades, Wendy’s art is celebrated across the country and can be seen at local galleries and in the Delta Lounge at the newly renovated SLC International Airport!

If you have something specific in mind, she also does commissions, which is exactly what our very own Suzanne Harris did!
About 15 years ago, Suzanne saw one of Wendy’s works on Main Street and inquired about a commission of her vintage car (the very same one you might see at the annual Fourth of July Parade!)
