Ski Access Homesites
Situated on a hillside adjoining Deer Valley Resort® and offering direct ski access into Deer Valley Resort®, Marcella offers a recreation-rich selection of luxury ski-in/ski-out homesites at North America’s newest mountain offering, Mayflower Resort. With striking area views of the Jordanelle Reservoir and Utah’s mountain ranges, Marcella will be a place to escape the ordinary and relax while still enjoying the finest recreational offerings and area amenities. This planned luxury community offers just 151 single-family estate lots with convenient ski access through both public and private trails, along with on-site snowmaking and grooming of all private trail access. When considering FAQ's for Marcella it is challenging to separate the Marcella questions from the Mayflower questions:
FAQ'S
- What is Marcella? Situated on the slopes of the new Mayflower Mountain Resort, Marcella is a private, amenity rich, gated community with a total of 139 homesites. Homesites range from 0.22 acres up to 8.48 acres
- When can a new home begin construction? Lots in the first phase are fully improved, building can commence upon approval of plans.
- What is the requirement to build? Homesites do not have to be built on. Homes must be designed utilizing the Marcella & Mayflower Design guidelines.
- Are nightly rentals allowed? There is a 30 day minimum on rentals
- Are pets allowed? Yes, with restrictions
- What is the Sales Process? The purchase contract is executed with $100k earnest money from the buyer. The contract provides the buyer with 14 days due diligence and 30 days too close.
- Are there size restrictions on the homes? Yes, each lot has its own size parameters. The smallest home allowed is 3500 sq.ft. and the largest is 20,000 sq.ft. Some of the larger homesites allow for a second structure such as a guest/caretaker home.
Tiger Woods bringing new 18-hole golf course to Park City, Jordanelle area
The first course of a 36-hole facility to become Utah’s longest and highest-elevation golf course.
TGR Design®, and Marcella Club announced an alliance to create a new championship 18-hole golf course, Woods’ first mountain course and first in Utah.
“I couldn’t be more excited to be partnering with Marcella Club to design and create a new championship golf course just outside Park City,” Tiger Woods, 82-time PGA Tour® winner, said in a statement. “Utah is an incredible place with favorable year-round weather that offers opportunities to be active outdoors throughout all four seasons: golfing, skiing, biking, hiking and fishing, the list goes on and on. I’m thrilled to be designing a course in such a special location. This new course is uniquely beautiful and will offer engaging play for every ability.”
Marcella Club is a collaboration between Reef Capital Partners, with its club management company Elevated Life, Raintree Investment Corporation and Cross Lake Partners. The groups have golf developments including Reflection Bay at Lake Las Vegas and the newly opened Black Desert Resort in St. George. Marcella Club said it is the only private ski community with access to a golf membership in the Park City area. The club will offer memberships in three locations: Marcella Mountain, Marcella at Jordanelle Ridge and Marcella on Main.
