Situated on the slopes of the new Mayflower Mountain Resort, Marcella is a private, amenity-rich, gated community with a total of 140 homesites. Homesites range from 0.22 acres up to 8.48 acres, many with an incredible ski resort and reservoir views. Lots in the first phase are fully improved and building can commence upon approval of plans. Homes must follow the design guidelines and will range from 3500 to 20,000 square feet, depending on the lot size.
Luxury Condominium Residences
The Luxury Condominium Residence (soon to be branded) is designed to be the premier destination within the Mayflower Mountain resort village. Designed by Oz Architecture, the building will be composed of traditional masonry with an alpine design. There will be an elegant entry with a porte-cochere and common areas providing access to the private residences. Resort amenities include a pool, ski lounge, ski valet, dining options, fitness center and private storage, and underground parking.
The residential component features 55 luxury condos ranging in size from 1-4 bedrooms. The hotel features 387 rooms, 60,000 square feet of event space, including a grand ballroom, and over 10,000 square feet of pre-function areas and multiple conference rooms. Garrison Hullinger Interior Design, a company that has experience with several large mountain resorts and boutique hotels, has been chosen to design the interiors.
Anticipated completion is the fall of 2024, just prior to the anticipated opening of the Mayflower Mountain resort ski area. Residence owners can opt to rent their residences through the Luxury Condominium Residence Program or through another property manager. They may also choose to not rent their residence.
Owners will enjoy reserved parking. The residences are being sold unfurnished to allow each owner to choose their own vision for their unit. Each residence will come with a privately assigned storage unit on a non-residential level. The residences are immediately adjacent to the ski beach, requiring only a 500-foot walk to lift access.
