Aerie
Perched high above Old Town, Aerie overlooks Park City Mountain Resort and Canyons Village. Aptly named after the nests built by birds of prey, Aerie’s views showcase a quaint mountain town in the foreground with sweeping ski hills and natural wonders in the distance. It’s one of the best views in town.
Aerie residents love living close enough to town to enjoy the action, but far enough removed to enjoy some peace and privacy.
Deer Crest
The gated community of Deer Crest is tucked among the hills on the east side of Deer Valley Resort. Residents here love the ski-in, ski-out features of many of the properties, but what really makes this community special is the views.
Surrounded by stunning Aspen trees, the landscape is verdant in the summer and the perfect picture of an iconic ski town in the winter. Most homes in this neighborhood boast views of the Jordanelle Reservoir as well as Tuhaye and Hideout Canyon golf courses.

Bald Eagle
Bald Eagle is another gated community in Park City with pristine views. Located in Upper Deer Valley, just above Silver Lake Village, homeowners in this exclusive enclave enjoy views of lush aspen groves, surrounding ski trails, and twinkling city lights in Deer Valley below.
More than that, though, Bald Eagle is known for wildlife spotting. Foxes, moose, bears, elk, and of course the eponymous bald eagles can be spotted here sometimes.

Red Cloud
This extremely exclusive and private gated community sits atop the highest elevation of Empire Pass. Below, you’ll find the Montage Deer Valley and Empire Lodge, but above it’s only sky! The homes here are nestled among mature pines and aspen trees, but these towering trees do nothing to impede the breathtaking views.
Red Cloud overlooks the tranquillity of Jupiter Peak and Empire Canyon, with the bright lights of Park City twinkling in the not-so-far distance.
American Flag
Known for its panoramic city and resort views, the neighborhood of American Flag is situated beside the slopes of Park City Mountain Resort. These luxury townhomes boast great views and ski-in, ski-out access to the Silver Star lift.
Its easy proximity to the resorts and 360-degree city/resort views make American Flag a popular choice for vacation and second home owners.

Stein Eriksen Estates
This ultra-luxury gated community sits at about 7,700 feet, making it one of the highest elevation communities on the list. Sky Ridge
The name itself is a big hint as to why this neighborhood is on the list. Sky Ridge is a gorgeous lakeside community near the Jordanelle Reservoir. The views here are expansive, stretching for miles as far as the eye can see.
Sky Ridge residents enjoy pristine lake views, awe-inspiring mountain vistas, and everything in between. From the tranquil greens of the golf course to the majestic scenery of horses running through fields (Sky Ridge has a world-class equestrian center!), there is much to see and do here.

Views Outside Park City
Beautiful views are not solely found in Park City. Some may even argue that moving a little further out of Park City boasts even better views, but in our opinion, it all comes down to preference!
Here are some of the neighborhoods with the best views outside of Park City:
- Golden Eagle – With over 600 acres of breathtaking wild mountain vistas, Golden Eagle offers incredible views between Park City and Kamas.
- Tuhaye – If you’re looking for something a little more manicured, Tuhaye is a private gated golf community in Kamas near Park City. Here you’ll be surrounded by greens and water features with the majestic mountains standing sentinel in the distance.
- Shoreline – Located within the city of Hideout, Shoreline offers beautiful views of the Jordanelle Reservoir (as the name implies).
- Rustler – Also located within the city of Hideout, Rustler at Hideout Canyon offers beautiful townhomes boasting panoramic views of the Jordanelle, Mount Timpanogos, and Bald Eagle Mountain.
- Promontory – Views here work overtime, with a 360-degree perspective of the Wasatch Range. Promontory is just outside of Park City, and residents here enjoy the diverse landscape showcasing mountains, valleys, and our gorgeous resorts.
- Deer Vista – You may find yourself seeing double in Deer Vista. Perched above the Jordanelle Reservoir, there’s nothing quite like seeing the mountain range mirrored on the waters’ surface.
