If your idea of the perfect aprés ski is cracking open a cold one, you’re in luck! Park City is home to some fabulous breweries and distilleries. Whether you enjoy treating your palate to rich, smoky undertones or you enjoy the crisp, hoppy goodness of a perfectly brewed pint, here are some of our favorite distilleries and breweries in Park City.
Offset Bier Co.
Sharing a building with the Windy Ridge Bakery and Red Flower Studios Glassblowing, Offset Bier Co. is a modern brewery with an extensive list of “hop-forward” brews. Brewery founder, Conor Brown is passionate about creating a welcoming community space that brings “fresh flavorful beer” to all.
With a comprehensive tap list and cans to go that include ales, lagers, and Offset’s signature LiePA’s, there’s something on the menu for everyone. But don’t just take our word for it, Offset Bier Co. regularly wins esteemed beer industry awards, consistently getting ranked among some of the best craft beers in the United States!

Wasatch Brewery
Wasatch Brewery’s founder, Greg Schirf, first moved to Utah in the mid-1980s, where he found the craft beer culture lacking compared to his home state of Milwaukee. He was a key player in making brewpubs legal in Utah and celebrated by opening the very first brewpub in the state!
The brewery has deep roots in the community, supporting local events and fostering a culture of adventure. (Wasatch is the official beer of Ski Utah!) From their Last One Down Lager to the SLC (Salt Lime Cerveza), Wasatch Brewery is a CFH team favorite, making fun beer with an attitude to match!
Local tip: Check out Wasatch Brewery’s sister pub brewery Squatters Pub Brewery, in SLC. You won’t be disappointed! Squatters Craft Beer is also available for take-home purchase.
Red Rock Brewery
Another CFH team favorite, Red Rock Brewery has perfected the trifecta: beer on tap, a beer store, and a brewpub offering delicious pub-style fare. With locations in Park City, Salt Lake City, and Murray, Red Rock offers unique flavors like ONO, the bourbon barrel-aged stout, as well as ales, pilsners, and sours.

Park City Brewing
Park City Brewing was founded in 2013 as a fun hobby turned into a full-blown business, which was then taken over by a new group of passionate beer-makers in 2020. PC Brewing supplies numerous local restaurants and bars in the area, in addition to creating small-batch seasonal beers available for purchase at the brewpub in Kimball Junction.
From the Sneaker Tree IPA to the Siren’s Call American Lager, PC Brewing beers are consistently great, winning numerous accolades and awards throughout the years.
Heber Valley Brewing Company
Heber Valley Brewing Company in Heber City is a smaller brewery compared to some of the others on this list, but what it lacks in size, it makes up for in creativity and delicious brews! The tap room is a lively spot, with communal seating, perfect for socializing.
From German-inspired lagers to hazy IPAs and Irish reds, Heber Valley Brewing has a diverse range of beers to try; they even experiment with small batches of high-point beers (above 5% ABV).
Local tip: The tap room has a revolving door lineup of beers on tap. If there’s something specific you are craving, give them a call before you go so you’re not disappointed!
High West Distillery
If you prefer the complexity and depth of distilled spirits, there’s plenty for you to enjoy in Park City. High West Distillery is one of our favorites for its quality bourbon, rye, and dram. Dating back to 1870, High West was the first legal distillery in Utah, and since then, it has brought the love of the Old West into the present.
From participating in a tasting tour at the main distillery just 25 minutes outside of Park City, to grabbing a spot at the bar for a superbly mixed drink at the iconic Saloon in Old Town, High West Distillery is an aprés staple and a true gem in Park City’s rich history.
