Everything from visual arts to theatre, dance, music, film, and more. In the past, we’ve supported the annual “Park City Follies” at the venerable Egyptian Theatre. It’s a great show where Parkites take a moment to spoof all things Park City during a sold-out week of performances. But what makes this night special is not only sharing it with teammates and our spouses, but also the opportunity to reinforce our mission to support our indispensable community nonprofits.

Helping Animals in Park City
In addition to being an extremely dog-friendly community, Park City also supports other furry friends. Our very own Dena Fleming and Suzanne Harris are huge animal lovers. So much so that they have worked with the local pet rescue and adoption organization, Nuzzles & Co., since it began 30+ years ago! “We do our job to support as many (nonprofits) as we can,” says Dena. “We’re really proud of our efforts there and everything else we do with the community nonprofits.”

The Pursuit of Education in Park City
In our quest to propel Park City and Deer Valley forward, we can’t ignore the part that education plays. In Park City, particularly, we are passionate about it. With a highly-rated school district and numerous centers for education, students of all ages are encouraged to pursue knowledge. From our involvement in fundraisers for the University of Utah to giving back to organizations like the Park City Winter Sports School, we love learning and promoting it in our community.

Beyond the recreation and the culture, the food, the skiing, and the luxurious resorts, Park City is a community rooted in empathy and kindness. This value does not discriminate or gatekeep. To us, philanthropy means meeting people where they are and providing essential resources to ensure our community is healthy, safe, and comfortable. From our very own Steve Chin‘s involvement in the National Ability Center and Rotary Club to Suzanne and her husband’s weekly grocery haul of essential items to Peace House, supporting the community is intrinsic to who we are.
