What is Deer Valley East Village Known For?
The excitement building around Deer Valley East Village has been palpable for a while now. As a brand-new, high-end, vibrant resort, every update about the community makes headline news. But some of the most notable features include:
Expanding Deer Valley’s Ski Terrain
The creation of East Village will add 130+ new ski runs to Deer Valley and over 3,700 acres to the resort’s skiable area. More trails also means more lifts. And when you combine the new, expanded terrain with Park City Mountain Resort, you get a combined 7,300-acre skiable area, the largest in the United States!
Amazing Amenities
It wouldn’t be a Deer Valley community without exceptional, upscale amenities. Restaurants in East Village are already starting to open, but when all is said and done, there will be at least 32 new dining establishments and numerous high-end retail shops. East Village will also be the location for several exclusive private clubs, perfect for those seeking an even more elevated slopeside experience.
Progress continues with the neighborhood’s retail, dining, and hotel development. As of fall 2026, both the Canopy Deer Valley and Grand Hyatt Deer Valley are open, providing exceptional lodging and dining experiences. Construction at the Four Seasons, Waldorf Astoria, Marcella, and Cormont are also on track–it’s an exciting time!
Brand New From Top to Bottom
A brand-new community means brand-new, state-of-the-art infrastructure. Deer Valley East Village will have the most advanced snow-making machines and ski lifts, including an incredible heated 6-pack bubble lift, the Keetley Express. It’s not uncommon to look up in the sky recently and see exciting helicopter operations, installing towers and crossbars for the newest lifts coming to the area. The Hail Peak Express is the newest lift slated to open in 2026.

Deer Valley East Village Real Estate
